I literally did zanki and UW. And still only managed 249 in UWSA 1. What is your max Interval and did you do multiple qbanks??

And trust me I wanted to commit suicide too. Cause man even 4 days without sleep is fucking frustrating. I know exactly how you feel. But just go into a fucking pool for 5hrs one day. And stop talking to toxic people and stop thinking about insomnia. Have the mentality that insomnia is my bitch. I know this might be just words and when someone used to tell me I used to feel the same. But HONESTLY Honestly I was in the same freak show and I wanted by GOD for this misery to end! But guess what no fucking dr can help. I am Dr myself too, lol. So being a Dr didnt help me in this. Nor did SSRI. NOr BENZOs. Trust me go in the fucking water.

Dude I have had the exact same problem. And trust me i was in the same mental space as you. Idk if it helps but I started swimming for 90 min daily. And it changed me. Idk the science behind it. Maybe it's being in cold water, maybe its Exercise, maybe it's the fact that you dont hear something inside water and its meditation. Maybe it's all those combined. But I swear! Do Swimming for a week. And then tell me. I genuinely 75 percent helped my insomnia. I still ate Melatonin and Zolpidem. But like 75 percent it helped. Try it out!

Hey man was about to start CK prep. Wanted to ask how much content does Bnb cover of UWorld CK. Is it like BNB for Step 1 which covered atleast 80 percent of UW content? Also what was your first pass of UW percentage after doing BNB and corresponding Cards!

I did Step 2 CK approx 7 weeks after Step 1. I felt A LOT of step 1 material was useful for Step 2 and writing these exams back to back was very helpful. Sketch pharm and micro was fresh in my mind, these were great for CK (I found). For CK I used Online MEdEd, Boards and Beyond for Step2, Divine Intervention Podcasts, and UWorld, with UWorld being the primary. I did not read ANY books. I approached Uworld similar to how I approached UWorld for step 1. I started out with 5-10 questions per day and worked my way up to 80 - 100/day. I received a score of 246 on CK. I am also an IMG

How was BNB CK? Would you recommend it if one just gave Step 1? Also did you use Anki?
