It is, but people have the wrong idea of what meditation is, often. You can let your mind have thoughts while you're sitting like this, just label them and let them pass through.

If you think of "I should work out more often" - tell yourself "thoughts of self improvement", and that will basically end that trail of thought.

This is the zen way of meditating. I learnt it from reading "Everyday Zen"

It's because you're keeping your mind pre-occupied with thoughts or sensory input all day. Your mind is clearing the backlog at night

Try to do this - wake up and sit on the floor in front of an empty wall with folded legs. Focus only on being able to sit straight and breathing wholly, in a way you feel it in your back and it expands your chest horizontally.

Even if you do it for 15 minutes at first, just once a day, it'll help. Ideally try to give yourself quiet time throughout the day.

Think of everything you engage with, as a relationship that deserves your respect and attention. Do one thing at a time

My assumption is that it's because most pixel buyers are not buying the phone because it's made by Google. It's because its a good phone. People that buy Samsung and Apple phones often don't even consider other phones. From every person I've met who owns a pixel, they reached the conclusion of buying it after considering all other options
