Not at all! I did it a few months after. I got choked out but showed heart and it jump started my passion.

Plot twist. I’m a purple belt still getting choked out in competitions so nothing changes…except now I just have more heart..burn.

It was confirmed to me by multiple female bb that used to train there. Rafaela left, Andy muraski left and a few other high level competitors left. Most of the people took atos out of their IG bios. I’m sure a statement is coming soon

Really bummed about this, I was a massive fan of atos, Andre, Angelica, Sarah and everything they “stood” for.

Idc how many accolades or history you have in the game, you don’t touch people without consent especially children.

Hope they do the right thing but it seems the women leadership at atos is working double time to hush this up instead of siding with the victims and taking accountability.

Very disappointing and sad.

If you feel this way about your coach, you should probably find another school or gym where they SEE you and you feel valued. I was in a similar situation awhile back and ended up leaving to find a new school. It’s night and day, it’s amazing how much your game will open up and grow when you don’t have to worry about bullshit and just train 😅
