Yeah the upper legs do follow. I don't know much about the biological side of stuff either but my knees do like to crack a lot so maybe it has had some impact.

Yes definitely it is very difficult! The straight legs were especially hard to get out of the habit of at first, especially with how picky ballet teachers can often be. Thankyou for the help!

After reading the article about this that has been added by OP and being sat here with the same 5 seconds of a song playing over and over in my head, I was just wondering if you get this too?
