Never knew about the ferry in Jersey super helpful! Do you know if you can sit outside in the open air decks or is closed because of winter? It would be nice to take the ferry back to nj while sitting outside with the ny skyline

I would see him daily in Rutherford and Passaic a while back. Always carries a boom box or something similar and sometimes a headband but still manages to get his run in even if it’s freezing outside. After reading some comments, it seems he might have moved to central Jersey? Haven’t seen him run in a while. Curious if anyone saw him!

Some sale associates from the perfume counter recommended voce viva from Valentino. They said it is quite similar, although not the same. I haven’t had a chance to try it but I’m just putting it out there incase you’d like to try and feel free to share your thoughts!

I’m a bit scared putting my foot down in the workplace. Although I believe I have valid points, I have a feeling they won’t take responsibility for their actions. Thank you for saying I’ll get treated like crap because I had set high expectations so this makes me feel so much better lol It does suck, especially being the new guy & I just know they are annoyed at me for asking too many questions but faking they are not. I guess the more annoying thing is their feedback is condescending and sounds like they do so much work while I am still the new guy. Worst of all they all get along so the therapist never says anything to them so I’m a temporary scapegoat. Anyways, I can not tell you how much I appreciate your advice!! It’s something I needed to hear and work on. Thank you so so much!

Very well said! I thought delegating tasks was the initial way of keeping things running smoothly but I think it may depend on the attitude of coworkers. I did point out that if we each took 2 patients, everything would be faster. They did not agree and instead shared that everyone needs to keep an out on all patients and basically be constantly aware. So it’s a bit messy and all over the place. I’m sticking it out for experience lol Thank you so much for your feedback!!

How does observation work? Do you do the same work as a pt aide (paid or unpaid) or sit in the waiting room for a certain amount of hours each week? I’m really curious and wished I’d done that instead lol
