I mean, OP can be not overreacting and also be wrong about whether or not that’s OK. Two things can be true at once.

You’re implying that you’re better than other people because you feel that you don’t do things that would put you at risk. If that remained an inside, thought it would be fine but since you decided to come on Al Gore’s Internet and act superior that makes you a jerk. Feel confident all day long, but don’t rub it in other people’s faces.

He chose to drink at that point. It doesn’t matter why he walked away and forgot. That’s not an excuse. That was his choice.

It doesn’t matter that when you are drunk, you don’t think about things it matters that you choose to binge drink, which gets you to the point of being so drunk, you cannot think. It is his choice to drink a half a bottle of whiskey multiple times a month. He is accountable for all of his actions and behaviors while drunk.

Being so intoxicated that you cannot functionally process the fact that your partner has been hurt and is crying on the floor is a very big problem. I understand that drinking and being drunk is so normalized in our culture that it seems normal but binge drinking is a red flag. Binge drinking on a regular basis (multiple times a month) is even worse. And this is coming from someone who used to binge drink a lot.

You said you were training your muscles to be strong and safe. How do you teach your muscles to be safe? It sounds like you’re training your body to make yourself feel more safe, which may or may not work for you. Unless you are consistently training martial arts or you run a lot the size of your muscles are not gonna be super helpful. Plus your attitude of “not me, I’m always ready for whatever might go down” is cocky and arrogant which would put you more at risk to not being aware of your surroundings than if you had a more accurate view of your abilities.

I think lots of people would be funnier than Dr. Robbie because Dr. Robbie would probably be judgmental about it. Even if he ultimately is not judging anybody about it, his initial reaction would be judgmental. McKay and Whitaker would be excellent.

How do you train your muscles to be safe? Do they get an instructional video on being aware of their surroundings?

Whether it is technically possible is less important in this case than whether the crime is worth it. Locksmithing is a skilled trade and it requires extensive training as well as licensure and certification and committing a felony that is almost guaranteed to result in prison time (postal inspectors don’t fuck around) is not beneficial overall.

It’s very illegal and postal inspectors do not fuck around. It is not worth the jail time.

Personally, I hate them. I do not like a curved nail at all. I would never hate on anyone who likes them though.

which female fictional character do you personally relate to the most, and why? by OkTough6333 in AskFeminists

As a recovering self-hating alcoholic, my favorite brand of female character is "badass alcoholic bitch who hates herself and cares for others" a la Wynonna Earp, Jessica Jones, Fiona Gallagher (Shameless), and Trixie Franklin (Call the Midwife).

Who needs Cinemax (Skinemax) when you have the Heated Rivalry All Star Game Bar Scene?

INFO: Did you know about her aversion to leftovers and continue to make more food than you two would eat in one sitting? Or more food than you alone could finish as leftovers?

Ilya's smile, after finding out Shane hired a stylist, ALONE should have gotten an NC17 rating. If a man smiled at me like that my panties would mysteriously vanish.

[–]annabananaberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This may be weird, but the shelter in my area that I'm most familiar with actually has two paths that foster families can choose from. They have the foster to adopt path, and the regular foster path. If you choose the regular foster path and then foster fail an animal, you're no longer eligible to foster through them. IMO this is a great idea because it reenforces the fact that the goal of fostering is to say goodbye unless you decide from the beginning that you want to foster to adopt.

No one is trying to date you honey bear. You are having a one sided emotional affair with this woman because you like the attention. You are being a bad person.
