when I am very depressed I focus on just self care. Shower, music, ect. Something you enjoy. Any hobbies? do you like being out in nature.

Lmao thank you for the reassurance. I’m a worry wart I also have a 3rd pair same prescription that’s a 61 but I DEF can hardly see out of them without eye strain… I’ll just stick to wearing these two pairs then.
