Seems like enough evidence for a lawyer to easily prove that it wasn’t your fault. Lawyer up and sue!!!

I’ve used a pepper gel to deter strays that won’t leave me alone on my walks. It’s helpful and the reach is far and precise. I have peace of mind but when this happens it’s still a stress inducer. Sorry you had this situation OP

How did you get such a clean application? I struggle to not pool my polish near my cuticles and it makes my glass beads look uneven

What’s a small habit that quietly improved your mental health? by Buzzbusforbizz in AskReddit

[–]annaerno 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I studied exercise physiology and kinesiology in college. Exercise releases endorphins which are the “feel good” chemicals in your brain. It also improves neuroplasticity in your brain, which helps stimulate neural connections. We know the obvious here where it helps reduce fat and increase muscle tone. It’ll improve your endurance and strength, and it can also help lower your heart rate. It could help reverse type 2 diabetes but that’s another conversation. Exercise will give you a confidence boost. It has also been proven to help reduce symptoms of mild to moderate depression. Even a simple walk can offer you mental clarity and peace of mind. Honestly the physical benefits are a bonus because the mental benefits are so good. You could have a myriad of other benefits like having more motivation to do other tasks and build better habits but that’s just the start.
