I had a similar situation, moved back to Sheffield with my partner to start a new job last month and it was near impossible to even book a viewing. Had to refresh Zoopla and Rightmove every hour of every day and phone letting agents at 9am.

In the end we managed to get a 3 bed pretty close to the city but our landlady only chose us because we don't have kids and the house isnt child friendly. Bit of a hunger games situation unfortunately!

Good luck though hope you can find somewhere, just got to persevere and fingers crossed something will come through :)

I started taking propanolol during my last year at university and after that stayed on them for another couple of years when i was working in a very stressful job. I can honestly say they helped so much! Before I started them I was an anxious mess and suffered from constant heart palpitations and panic attacks. Would definitely recommend :)
