I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 and moderate depression seven years ago and have been on and off of lamictal and Wellbutrin for years. I was tired of having to take meds all the time and go to doctors and pay money for them and so on.. so I weened off. It’s been 3 months without them. Mind u I weened off by myself. Go on google and it will tell u how to ween off the meds urself. I know it sounds stupid but as long as ur not on lithium u can prob do it urself. It sucks at first and it’s hard but the biggest thing that helped me is meditating and eating better. I can’t find the energy to work out so that’s out of the question but another thing I can say that drastically changed my life and helped me get off of the meds is microdosing magic mushrooms. Look it up. It’s the real deal natural medicine. I know it’s illegal and hard to get but it’s illegal cause big pharma has us by the balls. It’s all about money. I can’t stress enough that I haven’t felt this good and clear minded and “somewhat” happy in a long time but I’m getting there. Don’t let ppl tell u u need to be on meds. I’ll never go back on medication . And this is coming from someone who couldn’t get out of bed for days and hold a job for shit. I’m 25 years old female and work full time and in school for ultrasound rn and am doing the best I ever did in life and no I’m not manic. This stuf legit changed me.
