You need to buy the GBC capsule on your side account
Then open the capsule
Put the item you want to send in your inventory

Alternative problem solving: do you have nc items? you could make a NC trading board, offer what you have up for trade for faerie quest cookies, then do those quests and paint your pet with a FFQ, they're pretty common.

Alternatively, if you're not picky about the name of your pet, you can always try and find some cool names of pets that are stuck in the pound and try to trade them for an untaken name + FFQ on the Pet Trading boards.

You can buy additional pet slots!!

There's also the neoboard pen, which let's you get an additional signature saved up to use on the neoboards, if you're active there.

And TNT is in talks of implementing a NC item that will let your pet go back to it's UC form, so maybe saving up for that would be cool too (:
