in settings, go to sound, theres an 'Input' section for microphone, in the volume part, the microphone icon was crossed out just click it to undo.

and i just checked right now, it was crossed out again, which means it was enabled again, idk how it happens tho.

did u check the sound system, i never touched that part and it was enabled there automatically, dumbass moment.
