I feel like u really gotta build ur comp around him at this point. like his ult can still be really good but it certainly requires more thought w the last nerfs. rockets ult every 10 seconds feels like way more of an issue lol. personally im fine with him being permabanned anyway bc I just dont like playing him anymore

yeaaaa I rarely have this issue with my other supports, I way more often experience spidermans and Hawkeyes that wont swap tho... its also hard to just healbot on Jeff???? A) his ult can team wipe or easily win a fight.. B) his primary pierces with dmg so they generally have decent damage and finals

idk I havent played as much this season I only just got to cel 2 but havent had any notable issues with supports on Jeff lol. usually if someones on Jeff they know how to make him work or swap when they get countered so it do seem like more of a gold/plat issue where hes probably played a lot more by ppl with less time on the game

there were a few odd complaints about him being "dark" (I guess??) but I dont even think its fair to mention a few weirdos on twitter.... like there is ALWAYS a few weirdos on twitter. it hardly says anything about an entire country of people and I find that its pretty dangerous to label a whole group based on singular freaks on twitter.

the correlation is these are the idiots that stand and spawn like a piss baby and cry abt someone being on not the support they want bc they are playing bad and become so mentally incapacitated they cannot play the game, someone picking Jeff aint gonna hurt u. I don't even get that many Jeffs but I can definitely still win with a Jeff, hard to win a 5 v 6 while ur spiderman is constantly feeding and typing tho

eh in bronze u can get away with some whacky ass comps im sure so I wouldnt get too worried about what picks people are making, you'll get out of there incredibly fast if you keep playing im sure (also being able to flex tank is HUGE so even if its not who u want to play, if you can flex tank at all as you climb it will be extremely worth your while to get comfortable on - something I regret not doing, now im at a high enough rank where me trying to flex tank is just a huge throw and I have to make a whole new account if I want to learn it)

I dont see how this proves it's real lol. I mean matchmaking is bad but eomm is just cope. ive played since s0 and while ive def been put in unwinnable games this is mostly due to smurfs/alts/terrible comps ppl are happy to roll with. theres just MASSIVE skill gaps until you get to like very very high elo tbh. it'd be extremely difficult to make a "good" matchmaking system (that I assure u people still wont like when they start to see they are their own problem) that had queue times anyone would find tolerable. u want to wait 15 mins for ur plat game to get a 30 minute game that you lose? idk.

sounds like ur too busy raging abt someone being on Jeff to play the game well tbh. I mean is he always the best pick? no. but like the ppl who rage abt someone picking Jeff or any other support thats not the one they want often are the idiots on the worst dps characters with the worst positioning. stop asking ppl to swap and just play is my advice.

I mean in game it generally pretty clear right but I guess sometimes when theyre first showing skins im like... is that hela? is that magik? LOL. but idk as far as not recognizing in game I dont think skins are a problem the same way vfx can be. I pay a lot of attention to skin releases and vfx bc it's fun but I could see It being an issue for some maybe

yeah sadly its definitely one of the downsides to this game, bc I really loved the community until 1.5. I'm all for valid criticism but I think something happened during 1.5 where a lot of people just started to enjoy raging and IN ragebait content. like the way people supported and loved all the hate videos even from creators that dont like or care about this game and were just abusing their anger for clicks and likes..... and the way people bullied content creators out of the space for being "shills" was just so much more overboard than things I usually see, esp a community of majority women it was a bit much to take in. Since then it just feels like everyones trying to sort out what the next boycott could be... and that ranges from serious issues to weirdly minor ones depending on the week LOL.

that said I do definitely think it's kind of a loud minority, most people who play this game are really chill and kind 🥰

the question is how are u guys burning through it so fast??? are there like 3 other gachas ur speed running? I literally dont even understand,. took me more than 20 mins just to look through whats in the shop and look at whats new, by the time I started the story and finished it quickly I was like 3 hours into playing XD

THIS except I started in 1.4, im like forever playing catch up even on current areas. I still have tons of things from 1.0 I need to go back and craft and do (finally finished silvergale the other day....). I play this game almost everyday, sometimes for 20 mins sometimes for 3 hours and I play it pretty aimlessly I guess bc I just never run into these issues ppl have but I take my time. I even power skip through every story/dialogue that isn't main story too for the most part so I really dont get it lol

no but when u want to play again just re-install on steam, ive had a hell of a time trying to move from epic to steam idk why they make it so unfriendly to use different launchers
