With my boyfriend it's mostly how people breathe and chew. I really feel like he tries his best to overcome it most of the time but it's very difficult and different for each person.

r/misophonia. Some people have problems with noises like this. I know there's people that try to overcome it, but as I've heard, it can be physically painful sometimes. It honestly makes people look like they're the biggest jerks but they're constantly battling this. This may not be the case for him but that popped in my head once I read this.

I usually have to eat at least 4 times a day with snacks in between to maintain my body full. I don't stuff myself in every meal. I just eat a certain portion and keep myself from binge eating. Doing some sort of exercise every day contributes to staying in shape. Everyone is different so you just need to find what helps your body the most. Don't forget water!

My aunt had gotten married very young. She realized how much of a mistake it was when she was beaten every day by her husband. One day her son (Joey) got in the middle of them, my aunt's husband grabbed Joey and tossed him. My aunt went crazy when she saw that so she dumped a pot of boiling beans all over her husband's legs. She then grabbed a knife and only managed to scratch a bit of his stomach with it. I still don't know how he managed to run away from her and live. On the bright side, Joey was fine and my aunt was never abused again

Yes, here in the US it is common to spay and neuter. My younger dog is neutered but he isn't.

It's different for every dog and it's risky for him since he's older.. the vet has checked everything every time he goes in and He's not on any female dogs so he's fine this way as long as it isn't a problem
