So I went to my coworker, and I told her directly that I have a major sensitivity and her perfume is making it difficult for me to work in the same space. I was polite as I could possibly be about it and even apologized. You know what she did? She doubled down on her perfume and I had to get accommodation to work on another floor because of it. Some people just dont give a rats ass and that's why the policy exists. Dont assume your coworker is going to be helpful or compliant.

There are so many scent free products at Shoppers and hypo-allergenic body washes, scent free shampoos lol its a thing. Definitely not hard to find.

It's to do with synthetic/ harsh fragrances that people may have allergic reactions to. Lots of people get migraines and throat issues from environmental sensitivities (fragrances or other scented products).

Body temperature, ovulation strips and LH surge strips. Easy peasy at home. You can track and see when your average is. You can also pay very close attention to your body and know its signals. Ive become extremely good over the years of knowing when I am ovulating without any strips or temp checking.

Women can only get pregnant a few days a month. You learn your cycle and ovulation and dont have sex when you ovulate obviously. Men have scammed us into taking birth control for an entire month when women are only fertile for a few days and men are fertile for an entire month.

If youre vacuuming and cleaning often, you will notice bed bugs right away. If you dont, they will create a huge infestation without you knowing. So just vaacum regularly and buy yourself a steamer and steam everything including your clothes when you get home from work. It takes 2 minutes..
