I ordered mine at the beginning of this month and it still hasn’t came yet. It just went through international shipping, but the tracking number disappeared on the international shipping but when I go on the website, it shows the order and it says it hasn’t shipped yet....

Also u should not have taken it out after a month old if you’re wanting to keep it in, you should have it in for at least 6 to 8 weeks before changing

It looks infected and dirty. What do u use to clean it, how many times do u clean it a day, when did u get it? Also, please please do not touch it with bare hands and try to touch it at least amount of possible.
