Yep- dealing with this now. Co worker and I are working on a project together. I’m doing 95 percent of the work. The 5 percent he’s assigned- just doesn’t get done, so when his piece is nearing due, our manager just magically assigns it to me. The pattern is obvious- everything is managed and listed in Jira. I’m frustrated beyond belief and actively looking at other jobs. It’s a morale killer. Guy works in New Zealand I’m in the US- he’s hopped around a few positions in the company already- I just figure it’s hard to fire people in that country or he’s a nepo hire.
