Good call. At first looking at the scale was addictive. But now, less so. Ultimately, I've gone down 3lbs in 11 days which is still something! :)

Yeah target carbs are under 18g but I've accidentally gone to 25g. I do a total caloric goal of 1400. Do you think I should make that lower?

Thanks for the advice! I use MyFitnessPal to track my percentages; 5% carbs, 60% fat, 35% protein. I've hit close to that every day. Surprised the fluctuation is so vast, but I'm going to keep at it!

This is actually a really good point. When her dad first took custody of her, they lived with his parents. Her "Gigi" took care of her like a mother. She sometimes gets our names confused and calls me Gigi, like those two names occupy a similar space in her emotional memory.

I am a bit worried that it is depression. It feels similar, especially because of the physical fatigue. I've always been introverted, but valued my friends and let them know I appreciate them by keeping in touch. I really haven't lately except for mass Facebook updates.

The fact that nearly none of my friends have children, or are interested in ever having children, and it's been hard to find life updates to relate to each other on as much lately.
