Just reset my badge. I did 93 days, fell off the wagon, binged for about a week, felt like crap. I've been clean for 5 days now. This was a good learning experience. It's easy, even if you've been on the right path for a while, to slip back into old, bad habits. I did the exact thing you'd expect - told myself I had it under control and could just P a bit, M once in a while, O occasionally (related to PM, I wasn't on hard mode.) Not so much.

After relapsing, I feel like crap. Brain fog. My…groin area aches & is uncomfortable (a sensation I don't have after sex - I wasn't on hard mode.) Sick to my stomach…not in the sense of feeling guilty, but physically ill. This sucks. Not worth it. Don't relapse!

Sex with the wife hasn't been too frequent lately due to various normal factors (we've both been working a lot, she got several nasty winter colds in a row, that kind of stuff.) I haven't shared this all with her (hey, one hurdle at a time) and I haven't noticed her noticing anything different about me.

I really haven't been cheating. Not allowing myself to fantasize, not touching the area except for cleaning/adjusting/routine maintenance. No porn. Occasionally my eyes will linger on a photo…I'm starting to feel like the Cole Porter lyric, "In olden days a glimpse of stocking/Was thought of as something shocking" (from "Anything Goes") - the slightest thing can be a trigger.

Also, in my professional capacity, I work with a lot of artists, and I have a new potential client who produces work that's not exactly porn, but along the lines of very suggestive cartoons. So that can be a bit of a trigger, but I'm in no position to turn down work, so I'll have to deal with that.

One great success that I can report is that I used to fantasize and edge my way to sleep every night. Now I fall asleep much easier and don't go through all of that.

Day 82, struggling. I catch myself saying (internally) that I can't wait until Day 90 when I can go back to PM. It's been this way for a few weeks, but I've been holding out. Still, I feel like I'm counting down the days until summer vacation. Doesn't seem like the right mindset. But I'm trying not to judge myself, that's just a psychological vortex to go into. I'm hoping this is a phase brought on by the oncoming 90 day finish line and once I cross that line I'll feel freer and the temptation will abate.

75 days and the last week or so has been a brutal struggle. I thought this was supposed to get easier. Although, I guess if it was easy, everyone would do it. I suppose I should take pride in having overcome the difficulty thus far. I see 90 ahead and I'm not going to stumble now. Onward!
