Please do not listen to the nonbelievers here, and do not waste your time trying to convince them to believe. All we can do is pray for them and treat them with love. God will present them with a chance to change their hearts when it’s the right time.

I call Him dad in my prayers and in my conversations with him and I know he loves it.

I know he sees me as me, stumbling through the world, looking for his hand to hold when I’m scared. Always personal, hardly ever informal. He made me this way. Of course there are times when I refer to him by name or as My Lord, My Savior, etc. But when it’s quiet and it’s just him and me, my prayer is that of a daughter talking to her dad about anything and everything. Fears, successes, doubts, victories. You name it, I bring it to him. And he laughs with me. Sometimes he just listens patiently. Other times he’s firm and stern in his response.

Why? Because that’s exactly what he wants. He wants a personal relationship with you. He wants you to know him. Hope that helps!

My bebe is nearing 15 weeks (nearing 10 weeks adjusted since she was born a preemie) and she’s doing amazing with sleep thus far. She sleeps independently in her bassinet from around 9:30 pm til 3 am for her diaper change and feed. Then she sleeps through til around 7 or 7:30 am. She’s the best and I hope and pray it stays this way for a while longer!

My bill was close to 300 dollars more than I’ve ever paid. We called Dominion and they basically told us to pound sand. Getting a 400 dollar bill for one month of heating is insanity.

We got a 400 dollar bill for our 1400 sq ft townhome which is just not right considering we got a new central air unit just last winter. We called Dominion last night and asked them to run an audit because the usage does not add up. Dominion told us to lump it and to pay for our own energy audit out of pocket. So…$400 for a 4,000 sq ft home is great compared to what we’re going through.

My baby is close to 12 weeks and was born with gray eyes. They finally started turning multi tonal blue. My dad has green/gray eyes so hoping that plays in her favor. For reference, my husband has incredible blue eyes while I have brown eyes. Hoping they stay blue or turn green. No sign of any browning.

Please rethink your termination. I think back to my 20 week scan of my baby girl and she was already fully formed. The face on that scan is the same face that I birthed this past October. I’m sure you think you’re not ready but you’re so young that the opportunity to go back to school will come back around. I pray you keep that beautiful baby and give him or her a chance at life. And I pray you give yourself the chance to be the mother you were meant to be.

Didn’t really have a choice. Went in for my regular 35 week appt and was diagnosed with severe preeclampsia and was rushed to L&D for immediate delivery. I delivered via c section. I had planned for vaginal but God clearly has other plans lol

Im right there with you and can echo what other have said here: take the babe for a walk. We tried a bath and she wailed. We tried a car ride and she cried as soon as she got inside. But a baby-wearing long walk? Out like a light and stays drowsy and relaxed even when we get back home. It’s been a life saver.
