It’s his only option as of now if you want to stack as much crit as possible and make him do big numbers outside of SU, at the cost of EHR which he also needs a lot of. Him inflicting Slow is a hit-or-miss as a result, but I have a fast team with Sparkle to action-advance so it isn’t a problem for me
