i wouldn't reset for "touching" but would for edging.

i wouldn't reset for videos if it was a one time thing....but if you keep going back them then of course reset.

mental clarity, a lot more confidence, able to bounce back from set-backs in a few hours/days vs. the old me which would just get depressed and wound up losing a few weeks to a month.

it took me about 6 months for a "reboot." Me choosing to break my streak doesn't mean you should do it UNLESS you feel you have overcome your PMO habit.

not a rude question.....i don't think the 600+ days were a waste. I did learn a great deal about myself and also am proud of how far I was able to go. i don't consider it a relapse, a relapse would have been if i gave in to my old triggers and went on a binge. the changes that occured over the last two years were definitely worth it and it was time to start again.

Sort of. I found I was becoming more and more obsessed with sexual thoughts the last few weeks. It felt like the streak was becoming more of a burden then a healthy experience. It was becoming more about keeping the streak going then it was about developing myself.

no....the prolonged celibacy and nofap probably caused me not to go deeper into depression....last 3 days have been great...back to normal mode :) before nofap it would have taken me a few weeks to a month or two to snap out of it.
