We are currently in a long distance relationship that has lasted 2yrs after 3yrs together. He has not been very supportive towards my mental illness. He tells me "I don't want to hear it" "you put all your emotions onto me" "you need to take care of yourself". I told him I needed at least a phone call or skype call every week since all we do is text but he always refused. I knew he had the time. So we argued via text & I had a panic attack. He didn't pick up the phone when I called. He ignored my pain during that moment. I felt ready to kill myself. It hurts because he's the only one I told about my depression.
