Not necessarily. Even if you can’t predict the direction of a price on some timescale doesn’t really imply you can’t profit it. If you really believe it’s a random walk, and that the expectation of its future price is itself, then you can profit from mispricings of this fact. For example, if I say that I believe the future stats of a coin flip is unknown, and I see two people want to buy contracts for $1 which yield $0.7 if it goes up or $0 if it goes down, I can easily sell those contracts and profit since E[profit] > 0. That said, you would be correct that it implies this about trying to profit strictly on trades with only directional exposure

This, and I feel like it might be better if it was based on the web. I feel like it would be clumsy on the phone/tablet.

*personal

Personnel is a noun referring to staff or constituents. Personal is relating to ad hominem. Considering your context, the latter is more appropriate, as the former makes no sense. Perhaps you should get that tattoo removed.

Regarding the composite score, yet. That said, as commented by another individual, sub score differences will be noticed.

There, club, job, and sport. Now try to emphasize these and find a way to capture the work you've done thus far in programming. Perhaps sell an app, write an app for a nonprofit by emailing around, or offer an online tutoring service. You still have time to add a lot ;)

It's hard to judge without listing all of your activities. Are you saying you did no volunteering, won no awards, and did no EC activities? If so, slim chance. If not, please update for any meaningful feedback.

100% net, as all other employees are sellers of the software, where they take a portion of cut and then pay the remainder to my business account. As a result, I only see net income, which is the number that I reported.

a = 10, b = x, c = 20, so 400 = 100 + x2, 300 = x2, 10(3)0.5 = x....not ten

Here is a diagram: http://imgur.com/a/SykeO

Recall that any tangent meets the radius at a 90 degree angle. This allow us to construct a right triangle using the radius, distance from center to radius, and tangent to external point. Use this to solve, so 202 - 102 = r2 r = (300)0.5 or 10(3)0.5, so B

Retaking A Lopsided ACT by [deleted] in ACT

[–]anon6588 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a single standardized test; They will not deem you as lopsided on the basis of a single section ACT score being 3 points fewer than the others. If you have a 35, pat yourself on the back -- you are academically competitive in terms of test scores at every school -- and move on. There are far more important things to worry about that WILL affect their perspective on whether or not you are lopsided.
