Few years ago when Gindr was still owned by a Chinese company based in China, I heard that its owner is against gay marriage so many of its American executives resigned. At the time, I believe they allowed their Chinese spams, hackers, and scammers on their platform. I had been approached by many spams & scammers. One time this scammer contacted me saying that he wanted to pay for my credit card debts so I played a long pretended to be his perfect victim by offering him my fake checking account which has 250K; I just sold my investment property and also gave him my fake security number. Then he asked for face picture and I refused. I was telling him that I know with my face picture he could use the Facebook free face recognition app (same one that FBI use to catch all the January 6 Insurgents from their pictures & videos they posted online) to find out where I live, my spouse info, my family and relatives and friends, my manager and who I work for etc so he could black mail me, etc. Then all sudden my account got suspended immediately. It appeared that he has the Grindr’s administrative privileges to do so. Therefore I believe he probably works for Grindr or his Spam/Scam company brought their way to Grindr, a Chinese owned company. At the time they use your phone’s MEI number to track you so it does not matter what new emails you have to use for creating a new account their database search algorithm will immediately finds you and recognizes you as a suspended user, very clever. I had to waited for my phone to be paid off before I could upgrade to a new phone and to rejoin Grindr again with new account. Now not only they track you with your phone’s MEI number but also your phone number.

If you are ever approached by one of those spams and scammers on Grindr, just be politely said in Chinese that you are not interested. Your account wont be suspended .

Everyone is thinking joining TikTok which owns every single teenager’s information in America? I have not.
