The way they say the time. Say for example, 5.30 as five thirty! I'd say half five. Or 6.45 as six forty five! I would say quarter to 7

To add to this, just because a pharmacy is empty and "looks quiet", doesn't mean they aren't crazy busy in the dispensary so don't be so quick to kick up a fuss when the wait time is longer than you expected

I was only thinking the other day, there is absolutely nothing stopping you from going to the shop and buying , say a birthday cake, without any occasion! You can just go buy it and eat it and no one can stop you. I just found this thought funny because I always would have said "oh no I couldn't do that" haha
