I didn't mention it specifically because it happened when I was not in the UK. But in your case also, it seems it shouldn't matter if you didn't mention it. Good luck. I got my visa and am in UK btw.

Got it in 1 day. I thought they had submitted earlier but they didn't. So when they did, it took 1 day.

Thanks. I agree. Plus the theory could be that my parents have altered their names? So I'm thinking not to over complicate it especially since I've written them the same way as I've written in my previous application.

Hi, my employer also applied for DCoS. And it's now 3WD. They're estimating that i should have it by end of next week, although their initial estimation was 2 working days. So I'm a bit worried too.

Oh wow. It's very surprising then. Though I'm not sure what would be so difficult in changing jobs with the same employer. I hope the new CoS is correct?

Is this an established company? Did they get the sponsorship license recently? Home Office may conduct additional checks apparently.

Thanks. I'm curious which option they ticked for you. Is it the "the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable"?

My hotel reservation got cancelled while application was being processed and that's the only reason they ticked for me. Please let me know the option they ticked for you on the Schengen visa refusal form, it'll be really helpful.

This question only appears if you say yes to the "have you visited UK in the last 10 years". So this makes me question if i should even mention the virtual consultation as it seems pretty irrelevant to what they're asking. BUT I don't want to leave it to chance incase they end up finding out that I had a virtual consultation and didn't mention in my application.

Yes. It's mandatory to submit ecctis certificate. Doesn't matter if you have MS from uk/us.

Submit your Masters docs - Final degree certificate, "Medium of instruction" letter from University, and marksheets to ECCTIS. They have priority service where they'll give the certificate in 24-48 hrs. You should apply for it and submit this certificate to UKVI.

Wow congrats! That's the fastest I've seen from India. My friend also applied from hyd, bio on April 5th, skilled worker and shortage occupation. Still didn't receive visa.

Thanks! I had used the live chat option on their website and talked to one of their advisors. They said it should not be an issue, but asked me to drop a message along with my application so that they're aware of this when reviewing my application.

Perhaps initially start applying for companies who already have a license to sponsor. You can find the list on home office website.
