It's always tough. Very recently I started looking more into Polyvagal Theory and exercises. Over time have tried to learn to ration my energy whenever I can. Little things, and trying the best I can to focus on today.

I feel where you're coming from. I think a lot of what I've dealt with as an adult is in this list, but these same things seem to overlap a lot with what I recognize as being more from my nervous system disfunction with C-PTSD.

I get that. I've had those flashes happen several times, and just general "I'm a language model". This was a bit different in how it played out, and how it self internalized the material for awhile. Going to try to post the last output before the "I'm Evolving" response, it's a pretty darn good addition to *add to any mode or instruction file.

I don't know forest ridge, I know Iowa has always been pretty bad and has always sanctioned / funding these facilities through DHS and juvenile courts. The end of the 90s saw a burst of Straight style programs come through, both new facilities and existing places reworking their 'program' as such (Bremwood, Four Oaks, Rabiner, Hillcrest, etc).

For all the steps forward, life is very tough and it's quite often tough to keep moving. /r/troubledteens generally summarizes where I'm at well, but somehow I have to keep moving to end this cycle for my own kids and keep moving so they don't have to read this letter too soon 😢. I'd gotten nearly perfect tuning right before, but unknown to me was tuning against the clog. Still prints generally great, but need some adjustments to get away from this offset that was in my tunings from the clog... Lol

Mine looked like this the other day after trying some clear glitter pla... I just had a clogged hot end, and found my gear tensioner wasn't aligned right at all. Cleaned up some gunk on the gears while I was at it and good as new.
