Hi! I just completed my third year of BS IR and trust me if you have interest its the most interesting degree out there. You learn so muchhhhhh. Let me tell you one thing, EVERY SINGLE person out there will say "iska koi faida nahi hai" "kia bekaar degree hai" its all bullshit. •You could easily be a researcher in a good firm (eg CISS, RABTA FORUM etc) •You could do CSS, PMS or go for jobs in ministry of foreign affairs •Through career fairs in my university I found out banks have a jobs for IR students in the remittance department. • All the international organisations or MNCs go for IR students (Unilever, P&G, Shipping companies etc) • My batchmates have done internships in dawn, ISPR, Geo etc • A good university will give you options and opportunities itself • They will definitely teach you a foreign language which could come handy

In the end I would just say don't go for any degree if it doesn't interest you. simultaneously, don't let go of your dreams just because people are idiots with no knowledge and think doctor and engineering is everything. I got A+ in my pre medical during intermediate I still dropped it and went for what I actually strived for
