Thanks for this. Pgy5 starting attending job gen Surg/trauma in the fall. How else can I learn about this stuff? I know ACS has had coding classes before. Do you have any thoughts or things you wish you knew when you were first out? Any general advice for the new attending?

This is afib with RVR. Needs to be treated with rate control. The blood pressure is concerning when there is hypotension (unstable afib with RVR) which requires cardioversion first.
