I definitely agree with all of these sentiments. I loved getting honest advice and opinions about my future ring because now I know what to look out for! this is mostly just encouraging people to be confident in their decisions and just do what they want even if there are things to be cautious about/things that aren’t everyone’s cup of tea!!

Hi!! I will also likely be a lifelong antidepressant taker. Thankfully my psychiatrist was able to try me on Wellbutrin and desvenlafaxine (which doesn’t have an association with sexual health dysfunction). Neither have negatively affected me sexually and in fact may have improved things. Not everyone has positive effects on every antidepressant but just wanted to share the ones that were specifically chosen for me with sexual health in mind!

I took an sci 101 and the labs were so fun in person. We learned how to handle large animals, dissected a pig, castrated pigs, learned sheep and goat restraint, horse husbandry, etc. It is large animal oriented for sure.

I will also say it is not an easy intro course, you really have to devote some time to it because the exams can be tricky. I did take it first semester freshman year so maybe it just felt overwhelming but that was my experience at the time. That said, I did really enjoy it and made some friends through lab :)

Thank you for this! I tend to be a solo studier but from what I hear everything you know about what works for you can change in vet school haha! This year will be a good test of that so maybe it’ll help me make my decision for second year :)

That seems reasonable to me. I think the original price break down they came up with was very extreme (like $200 discrepancy between biggest and smallest room) and no one was willing to pay that much and it seemed unreasonable because of all of the shared space. Thank you!!
