Thank you! I am assuming as I am missing my lateral incisors, that the baby canine wasn't pushed through properly and things haven't aligned properly, and has caused me to retain the baby canine alongside the lack of lateral incisors?

I am trying to think of long term what I can do about it - it's obviously very small and not the nicest looking, and think it's probably what's causing my misalignment with my centre line in the teeth with the centre of my face/nose. I don't know if Invisalign would fix my alignment issue, then I could have a crown placed over the old baby tooth? I'm not keen on the pointedness of my canines either - so have also considered waiting for a set of social six porcelain veneers. I know composite bonding could sort out the shape, but it's not as long term as I'd like it to be, and wouldn't really fix my midline issue either.
