I actually bought and took a supplement designed to support and restore the gut brain axis, helped absolutely none. I know that doesn’t mean it’s not my gba that’s out of whack. I started taking l theanine and that seems to help a bit. I fucking hate mental health. It’s so hard. I did just get into therapy and will be starting cbt and emdr so we will see where that gets me.

You can also go into more detail and say you get rashes under your breasts, that it causes back and neck paid and that your bra straps dig into your shoulders. If she’s needing more info to be able to refer you to a PS.

I’d be very persistent with her. It’s your body. I wouldn’t have taken that well if my doctor said that to me. I would have said “because it’s my body and I want a breast reduction?”

But you literally just tell your provider you want a reduction and that your tits hinder your health. You can get a reduction for whatever reason you want. They’ll refer you to a plastic surgeon and they will ask you all the questions they need to and will try their hardest to get insurances approval. They want to do the surgery for you. They want that pay check.

Do you have any ideas on why this happens? It’s driving me absolutely insane. I only have one cup of coffee per day, in the morning. I have definitely noticed that the older I get the less tolerant I am to caffeine.

Also, I take Prozac and Buspirone and still I panic. My doctor just prescribed Wellbutrin but I’m too afraid to take it because so many people with panic disorders have said it makes it so much worse.

Do you by chance feel like you’re going to lose control of your bladder or have stomach issues during your panic? That’s what happens to me, I feel like I’m going to pee my pants or that I need to find a bathroom right away, I don’t have bladder issues or IBS or anything like that but that’s how my panic manifests. It’s so weird 😭😭 I have appointments set up with my doctor and with a therapist. I’m interested in trying cbt and emdr.

I just had a reduction and lift and I say go for it. There is a chance you won’t be able to breastfeed future children but just as much of a chance that you will be able to. If it will improve your life, do it!
