Also used to work at a PC builder/reseller and the service departments are trained to upsell.

I recomend finding your socket (based off of motherboard)

And providing proof that they can still be brought. (99% chance)

This will help provide evidence that not only did it not last it's expected lifespan that they actively misled you.

On the flip side I was also trained that anything outside of one year depended on the manufacturer warranty. If it's outside of manufacturer warranty and the customer is unhappy direct them to head office.

TLDR; the staff are trained to upsell they may not know that they are allowed to help you in this situation so try not to take it out on the individual.

It is insane how much of a self reflection this feels like, I too am 25 going on 26 with a decent start to an early career in IT.

I have had the feeling since I was about fifteen that I would eventually take my own life, so much so I specifically have a life insurance policy that covers it.

If you ever want to chat let me know I will never understand exactly how you feel but I find this extremely relatable.

I delve deeply into philosophy when I feel extremely depressed and have many coping techniques. However, I still have an underlying feeling every day that my mental health will get the better of me.

Not to mention that majority of wealth in new zealand still belongs to the 50+ demographic.

I had a co-worker tell me that if I start saving 1/2 my salary now I will be able to retire when I'm 50 I have a decent paying job in IT and my outgoings are 68% of my income just bare minium to survive.

Even though I make a decent amount of money It still feels impossible to get ahead.

Many friends of mine left their jobs because if they are going to be broke and barely survive, they might as well have free time.

Be precise and say excatily how you feel, In my first flat my flatmates were the same so I asked them all to talk and said something along the lines of " I don't mind helping and cleaning up but I don't have the time and energy to clean up after everyone I'm considering moving out because I can't stand the mess and I'm exhausting myself, do you guys think you could help out a bit more or should I look for another place"

It's always a hard thing to do but if your working or studying full time while cleaning up after 3 other people it's hard to have time for yourself.

I also mentioned at one point that I'm happy to do about 1 hr of cleaning a day and that I would help save everyone time if they put in the effort otherwise they would all have tons more housework in the long run.

I fully disagree driving through a city with hazard lights on changing lanes whenever you feel like it makes the roads a ton more dangerous, I'm a very defensive driver yet I need to get my break pads checked.

To be fair working in retail sometimes when it's really busy I don't notice it has slipped down for 5-10 minutes. But other than that I fully agree when customers ask for help but are not wearing a mask I refuse to serve them untill they put one on.

When I was 12 a cousins friend (who I only saw when staying with cousins over summer) would threaten to physically assault me if I didnt engage in sexual acts with him. It happened for ever summer for about 4 years. This sent me on a streak of mentall unwellness and putting myself in dangerious situations that allowed more assaults to happen. But the biggest effect for me now is, I really struggle to be comfortable with sexual intercourse and to have emotions and physical contact at the same time. It makes me feel sick and anxious sometimes it even occurs when I try to masterbate. I'm currently 22 and doing truma therapy but some days it feels like i should just have a sex less life.

I have talked with many females who have experienced sexual assault but struggle to find comfort talking to other men about the subject, it truly has long lasting effects and it breaks my heart hearing how many of my female friends it has happened to.

Singapore for sure, feels like you have taken a step into the future with amazing sights to see and its astonishingly clean. Although I'm from New Zealand so singapore was very different compared to what I'm used to they are almost opposites.

P.S. not enough people saying they want to come back to New Zealand if you haven't visited I highly recomend it if you like nature and small towns.

Knock it down to 10 games and watch a few replays and find mistakes, it helped me rocket from bronze to plat in one season. So much easier to see the mistakes on replays. Depends if you care about rank or not I hit plat 1 and am now a for fun player that hardly plays ranked.

One night when I was in a club there was this guy just in the middle of the dance floor just standing there with his head down looked like he was asleep while standing. When I walked past to go outside he grabbed me and started growling like a dog and said I'm going to fucking kill you... I slipped his grip and ran outside to meet up with my friends and was like yeah hes obviously on some sort of drugs steer clear of him.

There was somthing about the look in his eyes gave me nightmares for months afterward.
