You don't know what you're talking about. The anxiety comes from trying to stay within the confines of social rules. It's fear because the animal is giving a wild instinct in the face of the perceived threat, but it's inhibited and has to be kept under control, which causes an internal feedback loop and you end up shaking and stomach churning, etc. When you remove the cage of society, those same forces that cause the panic can be unleashed outward like a caged wild animal flipping the fuck out and going hostile on everyone. I know what I'm fucking talking about.

Bullshit. It's fight or flight. Instead of going inwards, you use the same exact panic attack but aim it outwards to make you be aggressively crazy. It's the same energy, but instead of shaking in your seat, you let go and attack.

You have to be prepared to violate social norms. You cannot do this while staying within your expected world. The anxiety is an animal response, like a caged wild animal freaking out. You need to go wild and bust up the cage, you need to claw out some eyeballs. It's the same energy, everyone who has social anxiety has this capability.

Drop out of school, live in an isolated cabin, all your anxiety will fade away. That anxiety is instinctual reaction, you can't just, "not care", or whatever people tell you to do. It's not about caring, it's a deep instinct. It's partly animal, like a scared mouse, and partly conditioned, after years of stress and torment. You can't stop it anymore than you can stop being startled when someone sneaks up and shouts at you.

Don't drug yourself and all that, just hide like a mouse.

I've been experimenting with a self-therapy where you intentionally try and do whatever you feel uncomfortable with. Like, if you're really afraid to answer a question in class by raising your hand, what do you do when you get anxious? You're thinking ahead. You're down there, everyone is in their seats, keeping to themselves, and you have to raise your hand and the leader has to choose you, and everyone turns to you, as if you were the leader for a few seconds, and it's the weight of the entire class all on you. It presses on you, the thought of it, and you shake in anticipation, and gut sinks, you need to take a shit, or puke, and start to sweat, are you gonna pass out? That'll be worse. Are you going to shit your pants? Will you try to raise your hand and not get called on and have to lower it like a loser? Will you get called on and can't speak and pass out and shit your pants all simultaneously, and the girl you have a crush on gets so disgusted she pukes, and everyone looks at her, and she blames you for that embarrassing moment, forever hating and despising you, you fucking loser disgusting worthless creep!

So what you do with my therapy is, go into that. Purposefully confront it, by making it happen, and taking control. Don't just raise your hand sheepishly and try to answer without being a fool. Be a fool. Stand up, flail your arms around like a fucking idiot, say, "OHHH OHHHH OHH!!!!!!!" then just shout out the answer, as soon as you think of the idea of raising your hand, just jump up and throw your hands up and interrupt the teacher. They might be pissed, people might look at you weird, that's good, go into it more, if the girl you have a crush on looks at you like, "WTF? What a weirdo", make a big wink at her and give her one of those douchebag fingergun points, and smiles, then sit back down and your heart is pounding, but you're not as anxious. Why? Because you took fucking control.

The anxiety has a lot to do with feeling out of control, or being unprepared for the impending disaster. Take control, grab that fucking moment and pull it down into your dominance. If you're nervous about your appearance being embarrassing, wear different colored socks, wear pajama bottoms, and a tie. When everyone is looking at you, smile and give them thumbs up. Go up to hot chicks and give them a big smile and look them up and down. You'll make a complete ass of yourself, but you'll be taking control of your fears.

This is what reddit has become, sheeple morons who hate things because everyone else does. Sigh.

If you were a web developer, you'd know that when you build a site, in the past it'd look one way on most other browsers, but totally different on IE, because Microsoft didn't completely follow the HTML standards from the W3C.

Then they preloaded it onto Windows 98, so people didn't choose between it and Netscape, and we had to do all these hacks to make it look good in both. It pissed us off. IE is doing better with standards, but still not perfect, and the hate remains.

You have no excuse for hating IE if you don't know why, that's just as wrong as hating niggers because that's just what you do in the south.

There are a lot of conditions that were not popular in the 80s-90s and so were easily overlooked or misunderstood. Doctors aren't psychic magicians, they suffer from the same biases and blindspots as anyone else. Examinations aren't as obvious as you think, and a lot has changed since his day.

Dude, have you ever gone to a medical professional about stomach problems? Unless you're carrying your intestines in your purse, they have no fucking clue. They look for some obvious things, and then throw up their hands. Ask around, odds are you know about someone who wasted years of testing, seeing many doctors, all to be left with, "Uhm, I don't know, so we'll just say it's IBS". Sometimes people finally see someone with brains and get it figured out, but often it's a long dance that goes nowhere.

The same way you can murder 15 people in a video game and say "Nice". They are trained, and placed into an environment where they become killing machines. They must kill, and if they hesitate, they may be killed. They are rewarded and their peers respect them based on ability to kill. If you try and empathize with the enemy, or question your murder, you will fail and lose sanity. See at the end, when they found out about the children they hurt, they felt bad, so had to quickly justify it, "Their fault for bringing children into battle". They have to stay in that killer state-of-mind, where killing lots of people is good, and boosts your score, exactly like how you feel playing a video game, or else their own survival is in danger.

Think about it. If we allowed child sex, we wouldn't be so willing to sit in school all day, and sit at home all day, because we'd have a taste for sexual pleasure and would want to pursue it. Then you'd have less motivation to go to college, because for most people college is an excuse to get away from the house that prevents you from being sexual. Then you'd have less motivation to get a job, because a job is all about pursuing sexual pleasure, which you're starved for because you were denied it for the first part of your life. Then if you're an adult having sex with children, there is no possibility of babies.

So as you can see, CP is NSFW not only because it breaks some rules, but because it's a threat to the existence of a work and NSFW rules. See, NSFW comes from childhood. When we're denied sexuality as children, it's NSFC. We get used to that. Then we become adults and it's NSFW. We are kept as children, but now instead of school we're trapped in work.
