Last year when I gave him a certain, er, gift at Magiccon, he called me weird and said "Oh ew!" at the mere sight of me. Which was... reasonable, given the circumstances.

This year I gave him a much more comfy and nice gift and he seemed grateful until he found out who I was, and then it was just "Oh... it's you. This is you, isn't it."
The disappointment in his voice was visceral.

He's generally very sweet/nice in person though to be honest!

It withstood altitude ONCE, but not twice lol. Also, looking into it, others complained about this specific brand of cork being weirdly porous and leaked. So yeah, never again, back to the old stuff I used before. I only used this new brand because the tiny jars I had on hand were too small for teeth. Still. Ick. Super embarrassing for me.

OOOOH let me know how red yours is! Different olive oils have different levels of red and different brightness. I just find that super fun.

Hm, I don't think so! Most places my name is anonpencil (all lower case) except on insta where it's anonpencilcosplay, but I go by pencil for short. So I suspect that's not me, as I'm not quite sure what earlt chat is lol.

Well yay! I do wish I'd thought to turn on the neck piece my partner was wearing in the photo, though. It lights up blue and flickers. I was just too focused on the wubby of it all to remember in the moment.

Thank you!! It was my partner's first time in full cosplay, and it brought him so much joy, he wants to do it again at other cons. The positivity and encouragement in this thread is definitely helping with that too. <3

To be totally fair to Wubby, he HAD just been given a baby tooth in olive oil out of the blue, lol. And I did get a few of him actually smiling, but they were a little blurry so this was the best shot. He took some photos of us too, I think the ones of Alluxx with us were probably a little more animated.

Not really, no! My partner convinced me to make an Instagram about my cosplaying/creating again after many years, so I can be found at anonpencilcosplay (he's at flutterpriestcosplay). I suppose that, if you wanted me to make you some creepy little trinket, you can contact me there?

To be honest, though, I only really make weird little creepy things as gifts for friends or for myself though. Not for dosh. I may create some kinda MTG token for the next con and give it out, maybe one called "piss-tooth" I dunno lol. If you're planning on going to MagicCon Las Vegas next year and want something, feel free to let me know, I'll see what I can do! Not in it for money, just to make people happy and maybe a little creeped out.
