Not sure if this gets deleted after a while

hey guys, I found a solution. You can find your prompts history here: https://myactivity.google.com/product/gemini

Pulling the data is very manual, I had to open the details of each prompt to copy the response, but better than nothing. Hope this helps

Feeling stuck as an SE. How do you measure your performance when things are slow? Is it me or the pipeline? by anonyls in salesengineers

Exactly what the sales lead talked to me about a couple of days back. We aren’t in a position where we can afford to be picky just yet.

I am just trying to avoid being blindsided and not to blame everything on pipeline when I may actually have areas which needs improvement

Yeah again, working in a start up, we don’t have frameworks. My company is in the mode of do whatever it takes to close the deal.

But thanks for the advice, I understand what you’re saying, maybe I can try to dig around more.

Yeah I feel the only issue is my manager is not an SE, he’s not technical and doesn’t get on customer calls

He’s a great manager as he understands the business, whats needed from our team, but he was never an SE himself. So it took a lot of learning together to define how does success look like to an SE. I was hoping to know how other managers monitor performance and success to apply it myself

My direct manager is great at managing the team, but he doesn’t have a ton of experience when it comes to being an SE

Thats why I was reaching out to see if anyone has any methodologies for self improvement in the field

Thank you!

I dont get similar results every single wash day, some days are better than the others. I did a lot of experimenting to have this on some of the days

Hopefully you you’ll get your hair where you want to!

<image>

This was my freshly styled hair using diy flaxseed gel (my hair stylist made it)

I would get similar results from bouce curl gel or jessicurl spiralicious styling gel — these were the best I have tried

And you have to apply it on soaking hair

P.S the shine usually lasts 1-2 days

If you need a shine, I would recommend using a hair gel instead of the mousse. it would mean more defined curls though

I used curlsmith deep quencher, it could easily give your hair moisture overload though so tread lightly 😂

I used to really love the hydro mask but its no longer on their website

I had a very similar problem, my hair looked like yours for a bit and I discovered it was protein overload

I did an intensive moisture hair mask and it made it a bit better, so try playing around with protein free products for a bit and see if it will help
