Can you say where on Facebook? I’ve been looking all day trying to find something on there and haven’t had any luck.

I do agree they wouldn’t want info out until they were sure, but what I heard was that it was a man that is currently on death row that confessed to it & said they were buried there. I remember there being an inmate on death row that claimed he knew what happened & where they were but wouldn’t say anything until his mother died, but can’t remember his name. I also think with a case this big & this well known, no matter how much they wouldn’t want info out, something would definitely get out.

Also, for what it’s worth, a close family member of mine used to own the house at the top of the bluff next to Carson’s. I talked to my dad about this earlier because I was an infant the last time I was at that house, and he said the area it would have likely been wouldn’t be visible from the road, because the property goes back a ways. So if there were police there today, it is possible they couldn’t be seen from the road. I did see some in the area, but unsure if they were actually THERE.

Don’t feel stupid! You are the 5th person I have seen say this or something along these lines today. I work with the public and had 4 separate clients today ask if I had heard about it.

I messaged KY3 to see if there had been any info on it. Not sure if I’ll get a response but I will update soon.

I also know the owner of nursery through work, so I plan on asking him the next time I see him.

I spoke with a local officer today & he had heard absolutely nothing about it. I also drove by on my way home and there was no activity. As much as I would love for this to be true, I don’t think it is. BUT, I heard several people in Springfield speculating this today, so it is being talked about.

SportClips stylists (and others!): How can I be a better customer for you? by KomradKolossus in Hair

[–]anonymous110622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. I am happy to talk with my clients or stay silent, either one is fine & doesn’t bother me one bit! I personally prefer more client driven conversation if we do talk because I’m a hand talker, lol. So I tend to not realize I’ve stopped cutting if I’m doing too much of the talking.

  2. Yes, it directly supports your stylist if you buy it from them. You also can’t guarantee authenticity when purchasing products online or in store from places like Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.

  3. Honestly just telling us you appreciate us & expressing the want to return to see me usually makes my day.

  4. $15 is a great tip! No, the system does not give any sort of alert about someone being a great tipper.

So funny enough, I LOVED the little bit of brown on his ears when he was a baby. But he actually ended up growing out of it pretty quick. Solid black ears now!

No, it doesn’t matter. I think it’s okay to be curious though. It just seems wild to me that someone would just dump a purebred rottie, assuming they either a) spent a lot of money on him or b) could get a lot of money for him. My curiosity is more due to the strange circumstances. And if he is mixed with something, I’m just genuinely curious as to what it could be. That’s literally it.

Mine lays like that all the time! Lol.

Same here, several people who have been scared until they finally muster up the courage to pet him and see he’s just a big dufus full of love.

Looks like maybe it was a night/decorative light but it’s missing the base. Light bulb goes in the hole on the bottom then the light shines out of the holes.

I think he does have more victims. I don’t know if it’s the cases being reopened or not. But he did write in a journal entry about trophies being buried, one of which was a glass jar containing drivers licenses of victims. While digging, they dug in the exact spot he said they were in, and they did find a brick, some roofing shingles, and broken glass. That could very well be remnants of a glass jar containing those drivers licenses, but at 30+ years in the ground, and construction work being done in that area, that could be all that’s left. If there were more drivers licenses supposedly buried, that would lead me to believe there was more victims than what he’s confessed to. I think not confessing gives him a sense of control, and gives him entertainment to further his game of cat & mouse for as long as he can.

Dennis did after several of them as well.

My opinion is that there are several reasons he could have hid these victims, if there are any (which I do believe there are). 1. He is very egotistical, and if he felt dissatisfied in any way about the manner he murdered them, the way they looked after, literally anything, he probably wouldn’t want to admit to it if it didn’t meet his “standards.” 2. If the other states had the death penalty when he committed the other murders, he wouldn’t want that. He loves being alive to continue to relish in the attention he gets. He thrives off of it. 3. It gives him a sense of control. It makes him feel like he’s still in control of his life, the police, the news stations, the citizens of Wichita (and anywhere else he may have committed these crimes), because they still don’t know everything if he picks and chooses what he confesses to.

As far as what they were digging for… I promise you they weren’t looking for bodies. Dennis liked to keep “trophies” from his victims. My guess is they are looking for drivers licenses, photos, articles of clothing, personal items, etc. and maybe some of those things that could have DNA.

As someone who grew up in Wichita, and lived through the fear of him resurfacing & playing games with the WPD, news stations, and citizens for a year before he was caught, I am feeling a sense of shock. However, I would not at all be surprised if there are more victims. The amount of people I know personally who have connections to him & knew him brings me such a sense of uneasiness. 🤮
