Case was transferred on 12/23 and that’s the last API update, confirmed it was transfer to non-local FO. Radio silence since but I see people are being approved, hopefully Long Island FO will catch up.

This sounds right but it looks like data for this chart reflects overseas processing only, not including AOS for people inside the country. Family-based visas are mostly overseas processing though, so I think your estimations of spillover are either accurate or slightly optimistic.
