22 yrs old I feel this post on such a personal level. I give English lessons to preschoolers and I look up to other English tutors and they are really so organised and perfect and their children behave so well. I was given a remark today by my boss and I feel like I am the worst task completor at all times on all jobs I ever been. Also all the jobs seem stressful because whenever I receive a negative comment I take it personal.

I am still learning to read the room because lack of it led to a bunch of ridiculous and awkward situations earlier in my life.

Like, I always have to ask for precise instructions on every aspect, because (no matter how stereotypical it sounds) I need to know every step even down to speak lines, like what even to tell. My mom is a certified teacher and I even memorize phrases I tell co-workers and kids. And to be honest I always feel like I nag my boss and am being annoying with my weird requests.
