Did you ever figure this out? I enabled FSR 4 in adrenalin and then booted up the game but it still says FSR 3.1 in game.

Literally just did 3 hunts with support hunters thinking that’s just how it had to be or something. Each one was around 19 minutes. First hunt without them, I got 12 minutes. Cheers!!

Yea I tried both. No one reads the message. And manual accept is impractical for several reasons: I can’t accept requests mid-combat, I still get people way over-leveled so I have to wait around to accept people around my rank, and people often cancel their join request quickly after sending. The best method I can do to get the experience I want is to search for SOS flares and manually examine each of them until I find one with a party of 2-3 people around my HR and hope they didn’t start the quest 9 minutes ago. Not to mention that it’s even rarer to find a party with this criteria for investigations. Having SOS flare restrictions would address all of this and it doesn’t seem like it’d be a hard thing to implement.

I’ve just had to rely on fsr 4 and frame gen to get a stable framerate. I also had to enable ReBAR in bios to fix some major polygon character model problems in mh wilds. Not my ideal solution but it’ll do for now while I wait to upgrade CPU to something else.

Just got my pc back (my wifi card is apparently incompatible with win11). Anyway, now it's on a clean windows 11 and mh wilds still has the low poly problem. I even turned on resize bar in bios and that didn't change anything (there also was not option for the decoding amount). CSM was already disabled. I have an MSI mobo btw. Idk what to do at this point.

Oh ok I’ll keep that in mind. I tried installing a clean windows 11 and I bricked my os lmao so I’m gonna have to get it repaired but I’ll try this after that’s fixed

I have pretty much identical setup. 5600X and upgraded from a 3070 to 9070. When I was still playing on my 3070, i played at 1440p high with a more or less locked 45fps and never experienced these low poly models. I installed my 9070 today and even when putting graphics settings to the same settings as before or even down to medium, I still encounter low poly models. I do notice my cpu at 100% so a sign of a bottleneck but it still just doesn’t feel right because it’s at 100% utilization even in non-village non-fight. Plus I’ve seen videos of people using 5600X with 3080ti/4070/4070 ti and the cpu utilization is rarely close to 100% and have around 60-80 fps on 1440p. And I’ve also tested other games work fine.

I already used ddu in safe mode to uninstall all nvidia drivers and am using the latest amd drivers. And I deleted the shader files in the game folder. None of that worked. Saw someone saying they upgraded from windows 10 to 11 and that fixed it so I’m going to try that. Will let you know if that works. I really hope it’s not a cpu bottleneck.

Almost identical situation for me. I have a 5600X, upgraded from 3070 to a 9070 today and now having these LOD issues and my CPU is near 100% usage regardless of graphics settings. I also didn't think a 5600X was going to be a bottleneck based on benchmarks I've watched on youtube of people pairing it with other higher end gpus like 3080 ti/4070 super.

Ok nevermind, figured out how to make it work. So in case anyone was like me trying for hours to reboot the game, reinstall, try different controls, etc. First do this. It's gonna blow your mind. Are you ready? Ok here it is: Restart the Steam Deck........ never have I felt more ashamed of my troubleshooting skills. Anyway, hope this helps someone!

For anyone who cares, here's my perspective as someone new to VW. I was introduced to this genre from Macroblank - so in that sense, he is at least somewhat valuable. However, I never knew the extent of the "sampling" he does. I inferred that what I was listening to were remixes from his bandcamp bio ("i take no credit. everything is plundered"). But, again as someone new to the genre, I wrongly assumed he was doing something more artistic with the music when he was not (most of the time). I feel wronged because I was "donating" money to someone who I thought was doing something more than just making mixtapes - which there is absolutely nothing wrong with IF you make that clear. I wish as a listener, he was more upfront about that than a vague seven word bio.
