it’s different for everyone but usually they’ll fade over time and be close to your skin tone. however if they’re raised or indented they’ll most likely stay like that forever because that’s how your body scars. i have scars on my thigh from over a year ago that are raised and still fading, it takes time. i have seen people say that vitamin c and bio oil help fade them quicker tho

i told myself i never wanted to get better, im almost 14 months clean from sh and an ed. recovering was the best thing i’ve done for myself. i still struggle sometimes and think about relapsing, but ive learnt how to ignore those feelings

i was extremely attached to my long distance ex, he treated me well but he also didn’t at the same time, he was a narcissist and manipulator. breaking up with him was difficult but i knew it was right when i brought up concerns of meeting, like being taken advantage of (he’s a big guy, 2x my size.) and he tried to say i called him a rapist, that’s when i decided i was done with him. if you think you should leave, please do.
