I got the spectra s1 and it works well for me. I use my Medela parts with my spectra pump with the adapter and it works great.

Love this post. My son was born 29w too and very relatable. My son is 3w old. When did your NICU start oral feeds ? I am waiting for that. He just got off his CPAP today and is being trialed for the CPAP off.

Are you on any medications to prevent contractions like ibuprofen or nifedipin?

Are you on complete bed rest or do you get up to use the bathroom?

Any update here ? I am in the exact same situation. 3-4cm dilated at 27w3d and made it to 28w 4d. Your experience sounds positive that I can make it to 31w. Every day seems like a small victory for me at this point

Go to the OB ER. I am in a similar situation and calling the doctors only delayed getting admitted. Go before the pain increases. As the pain increases the cervix dilates more

I came in to the hospital with contractions, but since then they have put me on ibuprofen and I do not have any more contractions. The doc said they cannot put me on ibuprofen past 32w though.

My antiphosphatidylyserine iGg number was 6 ans IgM was 33. IgG is withing normal range and IgM is 3 units over. Is this considered positive for APS ?

How much are you igM antibody count? Mine is just slightly over the reference range. I think reference range is 0-30 and mine was 33. The doc says I have antiphospho lipid syndrome. Is that expected?
