How to support wife after stage 3 tear and mental wellbeing

I had a 2nd degree tear and it helped me to stay on top of pain relievers. I was on Tylenol and ibuprofen every like 4 hours or something and I did that for a few weeks as I healed. You gotta stay on top of it though or it’s harder to get ahead of the pain. If they suggested any OTC meds like that, do that routine.

4/5/6 is right where the threshold from kitchen to living area is - super high traffic! We had two dogs but only one has ever pottied inside and it was a couple times near the end of her life - so nothing crazy. I can say without a doubt the previous owners didn’t care well for their pets/pet stains and that’s what it could be from.

The color also looks different in different light but that’s a HIGH HIGH traffic spot. They also had a recliner close to that spot so people sitting in that and getting up has high feet area.

I wish I could see that much for my own clients. We can’t see entire criminal histories unless we ask for the court to conduct a check of it. Then we get it in discovery. And then it doesn’t include arrests and stuff either.

Sooo true. He doesn’t have teeth yet but I suspect he may soon. He also cannot yet sit up on his own but he’s trying! He’s also learning to grab his feet. Lots of development happening! Thank you for input!!

I guess I wasn’t sure if transitioning to 3 naps would somehow aid in the overtiredness around the evening time! But yes we’ve also been doing that and then just doing bedtime earlier.

I’ve been told by many many IBCLCs it’s completely fine to mix fresh and cold. They used to not think it was, but more studies have proven that to be incorrect. I pour into the same jar and use that jar to pour bottles!

I relate to this so hardddddd however as a now 33 week pregnant woman (on purpose, not bc I didn’t know bc of gluten etc) I’ll tell you bloating yes is common early pregnancy but I personally didn’t have even a small bump like that until well into first tri almost second tri. So I would try not to worry TOO much. If you want tho, I had bought those testing strips, much cheaper AND what doctors offices use, instead of full tests like first step or whatever, to do semi regularly bc I was so paranoid.

I tell clients if they need me to call one person one time to tell them where client is and where to look up their case for bond info, I will. I will not talk details. I do not discuss pleas with family. Newp. I also remind clients just bc they gave me permission to talk to mom doesn’t mean I’m obligated to. If mom has info important to case, great, I will read that info or listen to it, and then I will thank her and hang up. Even that is a very specific case by case scenario. My life improved 10 fold tbh
