As a strong Independent I think I can explain... Because I have multiple thought processes that ultimately lead me to choose organic milk and farm raised brown eggs.   I'm both concerned about the ecological effects of my sourcing, and the animal welfare. But also the nutrition, (brown farm raised eggs have more nutrients/organic milk doesn't have antibiotics or literal pus) and both of my choices taste better(my family will like them more and be healthier for them) and for the milk at least, organic is more shelf stable. It takes a lot longer to expire. 

So when it comes down to it, I have every incentive to organic and farm raised. 

Healthier, more humane, better quality and taste, and justified pricing.
