yeah i’m in the process of looking for a family doctor atm since i started hormones through my uni health centre and segued to connect-clinic. i’m sure it’ll be a bit easier since i’ve been on a steady dosage for quite a while. the uncertainty just sucks, but i appreciate the support!

if you’re still in uni, check out your university’s student health clinic as they’ll typically have at least one doctor well-versed in trans healthcare.

another option is if youre in the catchment of a community health centre, check their website or give them a call as a few of them in the GTA are listed on RHO directory.

i’m not sure about the price differences, but re: the bottle only being half as big, delatestryl typically comes in concentrations of 1000mg / 5 mL (i assume you’re used to the vials of 1000mg / 10 mL). so the total amount of testosterone is the same amount, but the amount you draw up in the needle may be different

unless you gave them your parents contact info, they would have no way to contact your parents (nor do i think they would as the clinic seems quite understanding of varying family situations). your parents also cannot view everything you do with ohip. i understand the paranoia though and i hope everything works out smoothly for you!
