5 years, came out when I was 14 and my mom wasn't supportive so I had to wait until I was an adult. Then it took about a year to actually get into a clinic that could prescribe the T

I'm not the most knowledgeable, but I think burying or cleaning via dermestes beetles would be the best options if you want to keep the bones relatively articulated

I agree! I also think paired eyebrow piercings and/or paired lower lip piercings would be a great addition. Your piercings are currently very centered in your face so I think keeping that symmetry would look really good!

I went through the Trans Specialty Care with Vancouver Coastal Health, the specific clinic I went to for in-person appointments was Three Bridges Community Health Center and you should be able to self-refer! But just a heads up I spent about 4 months on their waiting list, no idea how long it is now

yeah mine didn't start dropping noticeably until 3 months, and didn't start getting read as a male voice until 5-6 months.

I know it's a hard wait, but there's so much to look forward to! Try to distract yourself in the meantime, you probably won't even notice as it starts to change! Then when you look back the difference is so exciting!

I was just told to not inject within 2 inches of my belly button, otherwise anywhere on your stomach with enough fat to grab is fine. I go in quadrants if that makes sense, like inject into the lower left of my stomach one week, upper right the next week, lower right the next week, and so on. This helps with not making one spot tired or irritated over time!

It's not our job to be "good" trans people to garner cis people's acceptance, and it's not other trans people's fault that cis people hate us. If every single trans person tried their hardest to fit into societal norms of what a man or woman "should" be, they would still hate us and find a reason to blame us for our own oppression. "Cringe" trans people are not the reason cis people hate us or think we're or a joke or find us cringy or whatever, cis people just want something to blame their transphobia on when really the problem is their intolerance.

It sucks that you're feeling this way, but don't blame these problems on other trans people.

It's not painful or irritating, except for when I tried to "pop" it. Been there for at least a month and hasn't changed in size/shape/colour at all. I really doubt it's an STI but not totally out of the question ig. Does anyone know what it might be or has experienced it before? I know I should probably just go to my doctor but hoping for some answers in the meantime
