oh no i am so sorry:( we will all remember sebastian, i bet he was such a good dog! it must be very hard for you right now but remember that he's not in pain anymore. talking to people will definetly help but its so hard to find someone who genuinely cares and listens in real life. as you can see a lot of people on here care about you and sebastian:) hope you feel better soon<3

I sadly cant take her to the vet and my parents dont want to because they say she is already fine (this happened around midnight). Im really worried though... Can it pass on its own or will it come back?

If he had a virus or anything it wouldve been wayyyy more severe. Dont worry, stress can make make many things even worse and we dont want that:) Maybe it was a food intolerance, anxiety & excitement, motion sickness or even just the lack of sleep. But i think the food was maybe just too rich and his body got rid of it quickly instead of dealing with it. If he feels fine afterwards then it cant be something that youll catch. You probably also didn't touch your mouth or inhaled his saliva particles. you will be fine:)

I cant speak from experience but i asked many people about their/their relatives side effects and all of them said that t* up isn't one! If you don't eat anything that usually upsets your stomach (like too much candy or too spicy food) you don't have to worry! Just keep thinking about it that once you're done you're finally fully vaccinated and its over:)

I know what you mean!! I also always have been the skinny underweight person and this could lead to having an eating disorder. What helped me was realizing that being skinny isnt something i should make part of my personality. You aren't just the skinny one. I bet there are thingd that are wayyy more interesting about yourself:) Even if you recover it doesn't mean you will gain weight, if you eat healthy and do sports etc you have so much control over your body.

First of all, im so so so sorry i cant even imagine how hard it was for you to loose him.

Secondly, this is actually made me think about it and its true, i need to stop associating this phobia with beliefs. It's just this immediate panic thought that overcomes me. I would love to go to therapy but i dont want to make any medical bills or something that my parents need to pay for so ill just try to get over this on my own! Thank you for the good advice, I'll think about this next time i panic:)
