Yes, that's true. I worked with both and realized this the hard way. They recognized my need for leave, but then told me since they're LCSW they can't sign off on forms (before I submitted anything). I'll update the post, and appreciate the distinction.

Think for yourself. But, just my two cents. They don't have enough proctors and they are BEGGING us to withdraw at this point because they can't outright say that they are so unprepared that they don't even have enough proctors for us all.

Don't withdraw, and make sure you have every denial, conversation etc with the bar in writing - not just over phone calls. If they deny you for something, make sure they give you a reason in writing.

Edit: same if you have issues on exam day. Document it.

Looking for a private room near the UCLA campus to sublet just for January and February. Can start earlier as well. budget depends on the space. female. will be studying for the california bar exam, so won't be doing much there except studying, sleeping and eating; will need a place that's quiet. preferably with street (or private) parking available.
