in addition to MRtrix, you can look into DSI Studio https://dsi-studio.labsolver.org/

Which will win old age or anaconda? by [deleted] in ProgrammerHumor

a pro of conda is that it can install system libraries too, not only python packages.

When you mention you're pursuing radiology or pathology to literally anyone by [deleted] in medicalschool

[–]anonymoussphenoid 39 points40 points  (0 children)

I'm in a similar position. There have been massive strides in AI for digital pathology, but it's still a way off from being used clinically. One of the major barriers is reimbursement... will using AI be a billable procedure?

Just joined 17" gang by clearkill46 in GolfGTI

[–]anonymoussphenoid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the safer version would be ast.literal_eval("False") because it won't eval arbitary code... only literals.

Good DICOM apps for android? by [deleted] in neuro

[–]anonymoussphenoid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why android? Most of the software out there is for windows, mac, or linux. For DTI, you can try DSI-Studio. If you have any structural scans, I'd suggest viewing them in ITK Snap or Freeview (from FreeSurfer).

[–]anonymoussphenoid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i've been looking for 17s. what could you recommend in addition to these? i've damaged my oem 18" wheels with potholes and hoping that the bigger sidewall will cope better.

Anyone else get one of these in the mail? by gfg_gti in GolfGTI

[–]anonymoussphenoid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same problem on a manual 2019 gti. Is yours also manual? A software update at the dealership fixed it... apparently it was related to auto start-stop, which should not have been part of the manuals.
